Using Kianga’s method we were able to unleash a considerable amount of energy which has inspired many employees within a limited time frame. Not to say that there was a total lack of energy in our company, however this always had been limited to the individual field of responsibility rather than supporting seamless cooperation across departments.

Since the Kianga project, people are much more focused and geared towards optimizing our joint efforts rather than the individual outcome.
