Using Kianga’s method we were able to unleash a considerable amount of energy which has inspired many employees within a limited time frame. Not to say that there was a total lack of energy in our company, however this always had been limited to the individual field of responsibility rather than supporting seamless cooperation across departments.

The culture scan has provided the necessary insight in the behaviour of the organisation and the link to our performance. Because of this we have been able to target and execute substantial improvements.

Since the Kianga project, people are much more focused and geared towards optimizing our joint efforts rather than the individual outcome. The Kianga philosophy and approach has proven to be a refreshing and unconventional way to inspire people to go beyond what was deemed possible. It not only was great fun, but also generated a broad base of commitment towards the willingness to realise better results.
