An IT-department (300 employees) of a multinational is required to implement the corporate strategy. Employees show an extreem low level of involvement and support with regard to the new strategy.
The Executive Board faces a double challenge:

  • how that to ensure that strategy connects to the local circumstances?
  • how to establish a basis of involvement and commitment at employee level?
  • Kianga uses the culture scan to diagnose the situation and map the high performance indicators to the strategy. A combined Top-Down-Bottom-Up approach in which employees play an active part is succesfully carried out.
    In a matter of weeks, energy returns visibly. Improvements and new initiatives are voluntarily carried out by employees. Involvement increases dramatically. Atmosphere, processes and results improve significantly.
